Dawson Metal Reaches New Three-Year Agreement

 

Jeff Parks, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Dawson Metal Company, Inc., along with Steve Thorpe, Business Agent of Local No.112 of the Sheet Metal, Air, Rail, and Transportation Workers Union, jointly announce a new three-year Labor Agreement. The labor agreement enhances pay and benefits for the workforce, recognizing both the quality and the commitment the workforce demonstrates to the long-term success of Dawson. According to Mr. Parks, “we thank all those involved in achieving a fair and competitive package, which should set the stage for three more years of growth for Dawson.” According to Mr. Thorpe, “it was a very successful negotiation where both the needs of the workers and the company were considered and both parties stepped up.”
