Rugged Series

Rugged Series doors are designed and built for the most demanding applications and offer the highest warranty available from DAWSON (15 years).

Rugged Series doors are an option in most industry-standard finishes, including painted finishes.

Rugged Series doors are constructed using .125” thick door skins – all internal components are constructed from 13 ga (.090”) thick material.

Rugged Series doors are laser cut from single sheets of material, creating a truly seamless door face with no face welding. Like the Standard Series door, the door typically has applied glazing stops at both the exterior and interior – if 1” thick glass is used, Fixed Flat Glazing’ at the exterior is used. Applied glass stops at the interior with no exposed fasteners are features only available from DAWSON, and allow glass thickness up to 1 3/8”.
