Rugged HD Series

DAWSON’s Rugged HD Series doors are designed and built for the most demanding applications and offer the highest warranty available, up to 20 years.

Each project is custom engineered by DAWSON to meet even the most challenging design specifications. Offered in industry-standard finishes, including painted, Rugged HD Series doors are constructed using .125” thick door skins with internal components constructed from .090” think material.

Rugged HD Series doors are laser cut from single sheets of material, creating a truly seamless door face with no face welding. Like the Standard Series door, the door typically has applied glazing stops at both the exterior and interior – if 1” thick glass is used, Fixed Flat Glazing’ at the exterior is used. Applied glass stops at the interior with no exposed fasteners are features only available from DAWSON, and allow glass thickness up to 1 3/8”.
